DELETE ACCOUNT

When you delete your account, the following data is permanently erased:

• Account record — your Google email, display name, and any guest device identifier are removed from our database.
• All operatives — every character you created, including level, inventory, soul shards, Death Echoes, and Echo Shrine upgrades.
• Run history — all floor records, boss kills, and leaderboard entries tied to your operatives.
• Achievements — every achievement unlock associated with your account.
• Active sessions — you will be signed out of every device currently logged in.

Anonymous, aggregated analytics events (already stripped of identifying info) may remain in Google Analytics per their standard retention (up to 14 months). These cannot be traced back to you.

The fastest way to delete your account is to sign in below and confirm deletion. This happens instantly on our servers.

If you cannot access your account (lost device, revoked Google access, etc.), send a deletion request to the studio and we will process it manually:

In your email, include the Google email address tied to the account, or — for guest accounts — any operative names you remember. We aim to respond within 30 days.

• In-app deletion — immediate. Account and characters are purged within seconds.
• Email request — processed within 30 days.
• Backups — database backups are rotated within 90 days. After that window, no copy of your data remains anywhere in our systems.

If you just want to wipe a single operative and start over, you do not need to delete your account. From the Jack-In Terminal, open an operative and use the delete button to wipe that character only — your account and other operatives stay intact.
